There is no fee for phone support on systems installed in the last year or for restaurants enrolled in a Maintenance Plan. Other callers should have their credit card ready to pay the hourly service fees below….or review the discounted service & training plans available between now and the end of 2011.

Standard Service Fees

$30 /half hour - for phone support placed between 8:00am and 4:30pm (M - F)

$60 /half hour - for After-Hours Service
